Divisions

Amateur 

You are an amateur competitor if:

• This is your first time competing in a competition outside of a pole studio. 

• You have competed in an amateur division in an Australian social competition in the past but have not placed.

• You have less than 6 months of strip club experience and are not a showgirl. 

• You are a lower-level instructor and/or have been teaching for less than 12 months 

Amateur performance length 3.5 minutes

Semi-Professional

You are a semi- professional competitor if:

• You have between 6 months to two years strip club experience

• You have placed in the amateur division of another social or graded pole competition. 

• You have competed in a semi-professional division in an Australian social pole competition in the past but have not placed.

• You are a showgirl with up to two years club experience but have not placed in an industry competition such as a club in-house competition or national or internationally franchised competition such as Miss Nude Australia or Exotic Angels. 

• You are an intermediate to elite level pole instructor with more than 12 months experience. 

Semi-professional performance length 4 minutes.

Professional

• You have more than 2 years of strip club experience.

• You have placed in an industry competition such as a club in-house competition or national or internationally franchised competition such as a Miss Nude Australia state or national final. 

• You have placed in the Semi-Professional division of another Australian social or graded pole competition. 

• You have competed in the Professional division in an Australian social pole competition in the past but have not placed.

Professional performance length 4.5 minutes.

Duos and Groups

For duos wherein one competitor is qualified in a more experienced division than the other the duo must enter the category of the more experienced competitor. 

For groups where there is a diversity of levels the group must enter the category of majority of the group.
